Disappearing orders from website
I have tried to order Home Security and upgraded internet speed twice in the last week. Both times, the order has disappeared. No confirmation. No follow up. The appointment window I selected doesn't result in an appointment. You Xfinity Assistant agents have no record of any orders.
What is the purspose of the website if Xfinity won't let me place an order? The most recent order number was 201111981590625. Even with that order number, the chat agent was useless in finding out any information.
