Hi there, @user_vcik3e Thank you so much for reaching out! To disable Two-Step Verification (2SV) in Xfinity and log in with just your username and password, you need to navigate to your account settings and remove the associated phone number or email address. Since 2SV relies on these methods to send verification codes, removing them will disable the feature.-Richard
