I am a Diamond Xfinity Internet member and received the Peacock Premium benefit email, but the Peacock activation entitlement is missing from my Xfinity account/StreamStore. I need the Diamond Peacock benefit attached to my account so I can activate it.

Hello @user_gkmxd7 Thanks for reaching out. It sounds like you have already checked xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions which is the main way to activate. But if you redeemed the reward through Xfinity.com/membership then you should have also received an activation email. Did you get anything like that?
