Direct message

I have an account can’t access it because the transfer from my phone failed, I followed the steps zi was given but still- no Xfinity mobile. I was in the phone yesterday with a rep for 45 mins setting my line & getting my phone transferred from T-Mobile. I can get texts- I can call or receive a call. When I try to log in to my acct it wants to send a code that never sends! Help! [Edited: "Personal Information”]

Hey, @user_z6eztj - Since this is a deeper issue involving porting your number from another carrier, it'll be best if we take a closer look (which we're happy to do!) Could you please send our team a direct message to continue?

How to send us a direct message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
  3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.

To expedite your request, we ask that you please include your name and the service address alongside a detailed summary of your request/question. Thank you!

To Xfinity support:

my phone transfer from T-Mobile to Xfinity on my iPhone 13 FAILED even though the representative assisted through the entire process- on phone with them 45 mins. I got an email this morning saying the transfer failed. I get texts but I can’t call out or receive calls and I only have WiFi if I’m somewhere that has it. I am throw 1 Diabetuc with a sensor that relies on non interrupted internet.  I need help restoring or fixing so I can have Xfinity mobile! [Edited: "Personal Information"] the address in my acct [Edited: "Personal Information"] ( move in 11/8) but I should be able to use Xfinity mobile on my phone as set up yesterday!
