I am a new customer. I signed up to get internet and comcast tv. I have had 2 appointments where the text rides by without stopping. I need a person to run tge connections from the pole to the house and a technician to connect the tv box and internet inside.

I do have a few questions to better understand the situation. Has the address that you are currently at, had Xfinity before? Or is this the first time we would be installing service? I ask because I know you mentioned needing the drop run from the pole to the home? Are the other utility lines to the home above ground, or are the run underground?
