We need an old Comcast pole removed from our corner property. We had AT&T remove their wires and attached to the new pole. PG&E took pictures and did a drive by to inform us that Comcast still has  wires attached to the old pole and is responsible for removing the pole and repairing the sidewalk. We would like this to happen as two poles are not necessary in this very walkable neighborhood. When can Comcast schedule this work order?
