direct message

I have no "direct message" option at the top right next to the bell and my user indication.  Yes, I am signed in.  l'm trying to direct message because I'm yet another Diamond Member trying to access the promised Peacock service.  I have spend a ridiculous time in "chat" with service people who have no information about this benefit.  I have spent a crazy amount of time with AI on the phone number provided by the people in the chat.  Could someone please help me access this promised benefit?
