Direct Message

My xfinity bill is increased a lot from last month. How can I talk with the right xfinity contact regarding it? If the bill were to remain as high as the recent increase, I'll have to look for other provider options.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
