So frustrated with Comcast.  I finally thought I'd found a way to send a message because phone and in-person didn't work.  My complaint keeps getting pushed into some unknown region ("I'll create a ticket and they'll get back to you in 48 hours.")  And of course they do with the same message: "We could not approve your request."  No explanation--nothing.  Just gaslighting.  But I don't want to send a message to the forum; I want to send a complaint email to Comcast and keep reading there's a direct message icon I can use, but I don't see it/can't find it.  The irony for me is that their internet service is great; their customer service is deplorable.  Why on earth would anyone get a phone from them?

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

This is insane. There is no way to cancel service when outsidethe USA. This really deserves a class action lawsuit. There is no mythical direct message link

How do I submit a formal complaints regarding customer service? If these calls are truly recorded for quality and training purposes there is no way anyone is doing anything to improve the quality of customer service!! No one knows what they are doing or what they are talking about. I keep getting bounced around to different people and each person tells me a different story. I've had to repeat my information TEN TIMES to ten different people, and have been on the phone for two hours and nothing is being resolved!! This has been ongoing for several months now and my issue is still not resolved!!
