Digital Navigators

I am the representative payee for my adult sister.  I recently read that Xfinity has a team of digital navigators who provide training to help people use their mobile devices correctly.  My sister, who lives in Madison Heights, Virginia, needs help learning how to use her Chromebook and the Xfinity Mobile iPhone 17e I purchased for her in August.  How can I get additional information about this program?
