Digging up yard

Contractors were out yesterday digging up my yard to run cable to a home 3 houses down from me. They are not finished with the job but I have no idea when they plan to return and complete it. Meanwhile the section they did dig up and put back, poorly, is going to die. I had new sod laid in my front yard last year and I want to be assured when the job is completed you will replace the sod as if it were not dug up.  I have photos but they are too large to upload in this forum.
i am requesting a schedule of when service will be completed and how soon after you will repair my yard.
