Didn't receive the xfinity reward from "Stamp your Passport to Paris to unlock an eGift Card and keepsakes" (8/11)
Hi,
The reward is "Stamp your Passport to Paris to unlock an eGift Card and keepsakes" which ended on 8/11/24, I was able to earn 40+ stamps which qualified for a $20 giftcard, however, I never received any email from xfinity about the reward. We are suppose to receive the reward by today(16th), and judging by this tread people received the reward got two emails, one for confirmation and one for the Giftcard code, I never received any emails. The emails are not in spam folder either and I didn't have any problems receiving emails from xfinity before.
Trying to submit a ticket through https://www.xfinity.com/support/rewards also generated a "looks like something went wrong" error, that's why I'm asking it here.

I am having the same issue with no Paris rewards notification. Where is Direct Messaging? I don't see any Direct Messaging icon such as stated here https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/email/cant-create-a-new-email-address/605e52b726aa974d63032d02?commentId=606107ea738c7f46a02b830e&linkId=130467213
