Did we ever get straight answer?

I’m a 40 year diamond member and I just read this whole thread and I think about 20 people ask you for a phone number and you directed them to a direct message to Xfinity not have phones considering their cell phone. Got me cause I need a phone number I don’t do messages anymore. I’m an executive and I’d like somebody on the phone. I don’t want to message anybody. I have an emergency your phone burn my hand and blew up in my hand so [Edited: "Inappropriate Language"] now my number [Edited: "Personal Information"]. I’m not afraid to give away my number. Seems like you’re very afraid you wear yours. Have a great day. I’m about to be a former member and my business 26 accounts $400 million a year gone
