Did not receive package

I ordered same day delivery for wifi including equipment at 12pm today. I got a notification at around 9:45pm that it was delivered, and there was nothing there. Even the photo is just a blurry picture without any resemblance of a package in it. Definitely did not receive it and wanted internet set up today but that did not happen.
