Did not receive modem

When I purchased xfinity internet I only received the cable.I did not receive the router.I did not receive the modem box

Thanks for reaching out to us, as a customer myself I would not be happy if I ordered Internet service and did not receive the modem, the fastest way to get a modem is to go to one of our local Xfinity stores but if that's not an option for you I can ship you out a new modem,  to get started please send me a direct message

 

To send a message you may need to:

Click "Sign In"

Click the "direct message" icon

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
