Did not receive modem
I recently got an account set up with Xfinity, and I received a package that was supposed to have all of my equipment, but it just came with a cable and not the modem. I have been waiting on the customer service like for over an hour to talk to someone about this, and then the line shut off on me before anyone picked up.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
