Did not receive confirmation email
Hi! I placed an order for new service, however, I did not receive an order number or a confirmation email. I just want to make sure the order actually went through. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Thank you so much for checking I definitely understand wanting to make sure what happened to your order before trying other options. With our System, the order confirmation is the very last step that actually creates your account with your requested services. This is sent out very shortly after your order is made so if you have not received one the order would not have been successful, and you can retry.
The most common reason for an account not to get set up successfully is the address, I would make sure you are using the correct and full postal address including any apartment and unit numbers. If we are not able to correctly confirm your location without this included the order does not go through. If there was a payment needed with your order that is also a common issue that would cause your order to not be successful. If payment did go through that will be refunded automatically within 24 hours if there is not an account successfully created for your order so no worries there.
