Did not receive a confirmation email
I placed an order for internet service online and did not receive a confirmation email.
I have an account, but when I tried logging in through the app, it says “Access not authorized, You signed in successfully, but you must be an Xfinity user to enjoy this service.”
I also tried texting appt to 266278 and it sent this: “We're sorry, we are unable to accommodate your request. Please visit xfinity.com”.
I would like to confirm the order went through.
