Did not receive a confirmation email

 I placed an order for internet service online and did not receive a confirmation email.

I have an account, but when I tried logging in through the app, it says “Access not authorized, You signed in successfully, but you must be an Xfinity user to enjoy this service.”

I also tried texting appt to 266278 and it sent this: “We're sorry, we are unable to accommodate your request. Please visit xfinity.com”.

I would like to confirm the order went through.

user_j0wy0l Thank you so much for your post for help with setting up your account.  That confirmation email is key! If you did not receive the confirmation email your login information was not attached any account information causing the error.  This error happens mainly for two reasons firstly the address. Make sure you are entering your full address including any apartment or unit number the City, State and Zip code once entered the recognized address should pop up in the drop down box select your address there. Secondly the payment information attached to the order if there is an issue with that information your order may not be able to be completed.  Please go back to Xfinity.com do not login with the information you created and try to place your order once more. Let me know if you get the confirmation email this time?

@XfinityAmandaB​ I received a confirmation email after I placed the order this time. I texted appt to 266278 and it told me when it’s scheduled. Thank you for your help.
