Did I get the right equipment?

I responded to your offer for a free TV equipment upgrade. I expected a new TV box, but instead got an XiOne-SC (B), which appears to be a streaming device.  It's about 4" square and 1/2" thick, with no display or controls.  Has there been a mistake?
