Hello, @user_zdyh6q! I'm glad you brought this to our attention. Neither of those numbers, 404-408-4800 or 504-478-4800, are official Xfinity or Comcast customer service numbers. We primarily use a single toll-free number for customer support. If you receive a call from a number that isn't one of the ones below, it is likely a spoofed call or a phishing attempt. Depending on if you answered and/or what they were looking for, you may even want to report these numbers as seen here.
