Did agreement go through on live chat?

Hi, I had a wonderful experience with a live chat agent yesterday and we came to an agreement about my past due bill and current suspension of the mobile and reduce the rate by quite a bit and he told me not to look at it until 12 hours later it would then be posted on my account and it is not. Is there any record of the chat and what he said would happen to his name was Alex a live chat agent I was told. I hope you didn’t lie to me. I have an outstanding bill that includes a $100 service charge and he told me that he would waive that charge because I did not even know there would be a charge. And it was service on the line! So I hope this can be figured out. I also have my Mobile  was suspended and he told me not to pay anything for at least a day when it is all posted on my account. So everything is as it was before I made the call which took about three hours. Very pleasant experience but now if I’ve been lied to just deceitful!
