Diamond Rewards Peacock Premium Subscription

According to my monthly bills, my Peacok Premium "promotional" offer is set to expire on June 25, 2025.  I also see that, according to this support page, as a Diamond Rewards member, I can get Peacock Premium at no cost.  But how do I go about determining if I'm already getting it?  I don't see any offer listed in the Rewards portal.  And when I go to this page showing my subscriptions, it just lists Peacock Premium as "included" and "active".  I just want to make sure that I'm all set to continue using Peacock after June 25 and won't be charged for the subscription.  How do I figure this out?

Hello and thanks for bringing your concerns to our community. @BU_Bulldog These are great questions. Customers who have activated Peacock and signed up before 2025 will automatically receive an additional year of Peacock Premium which started on June 11! You're good to keep watching at no additional charge!

I have the same question, I am a Diamond Member but the information in the rewards section says find out more but there is no other information.

So  we will still be receiving it included in our plan for another year? My bill says it will end June 25, 2025. Please verify

mtca I understand the concern and wanting to confirm you will still have access to your Peacock subscription. For subscriptions tied to your rewards tenure, once the offer is activated, you’ll continue to have access to Peacock Premium as long as you remain enrolled in Xfinity Rewards as a Diamond or Platinum tier member with Xfinity Internet. You can confirm that in our Peacock Premium promotion overview. Look for the Diamond or Platinum tier Xfinity Rewards members: Redeem the offer for Peacock Premium section.

I am confused. I have not been able to see how many of my Diamond rewards points will be used for the Peacock offer

user_3f7ce0 To check how many Diamond rewards points will be used for the Peacock offer, you need to sign in to your Xfinity Rewards account at xfinity.com/rewards. After signing in, you can view your available rewards and any applicable offers. If you have redeemed a reward for Peacock Premium, you should receive an email with instructions on how to activate your offer, which may take a couple of hours to arrive.

Thank you for reaching out here @user_zequer. If you redeemed the free offer through the rewards program you should have received an email with the instructions on activating that at the https://customer.xfinity.com/activate-peacock site. The email and password should be the same information that you use for your Xfinity account.
