Diamond Reward Status

I am currently Platinum and wondering what Diamond members get that Platinum doesn't. 

I've been a customer since 1990, but because of a name change, I am listed as having only been a customer since 2014.

I'm wondering if it's worth the trouble of getting them to change me to Diamond. What am I missing out on?

The concern is not "Community Knowledge Base" help related. Thread moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

When you changed the name do you know if you have ever disconnected services for more than 90 days at any point since 1990?

@XfinityDevinC​ there was no Disconnection, it was just moved from one name in the household to another. They made me create a whole new account.

Let's get your account pulled up and take a look. Please send me a direct message with your first and last name, along with your complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.   

Here are detailed steps to direct message us:  

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary 
  • Click the direct message icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
  • Press Enter to send your message
