Diamond Perks

What's the point of having perks when the only ones that are really anything more than a contest entry,  an activity pack, or a percentage off of something like Universal Studios is gone 15 mins after they drop? I've been a customer for over 20 years and I can barely use any of these so-called perks. Go back to the way it was before you manufactured scarcity. I have notifications on but they often don't push out until they're already gone. #1, why can't you send a text out when they drop and #2, can we opt out and save some money? It just feels like the whole rewards thing is pretty disappointing.

We do apologize if you were not able to receive an of the Universal Studios tickets. Unfortunately, those tickets were first come, first served. We will take your advice into consideration for future giveaways. I do hope you have an amazing rest of your day.

This isn't about the Universal Tickets. I have 0 interest in that. It's about free movies and other things that are gone before I even get a push notification. It’s begun to just feel like a waste of my time.  As someone already trying to determine if I want to keep Comcast or make the switch, this isn't really helping your case.

I completely understand the frustration. We do send out notifications prior to any drops we might be having @user_wygg20. Please continue to check your email daily we have so many more great things to come.
