Diamond Peacock benefit CLAIMED, but no subscription or activation

I am an Xfinity Diamond member. Peacock Premium at no extra cost appears as CLAIMED twice in Membership, but the Subscription Hub for the same Xfinity account says “No subscriptions.” There is no Activate button, and StreamStore only offers paid packages.

Peacock support said they corrected my Peacock account, but the Xfinity activation page still says “not eligible” and the Hub remains empty. I do not remember the redemption date, and the membership support form requires an exact date that is not shown in my redemption history.

Please review the Diamond Peacock entitlement, correct or reprovision the benefit if needed, and provide a working activation link and a support case reference. I prefer a written response in Spanish by email. Please help restore the included benefit without adding a paid plan or charges. I can provide account verification privately when an official employee requests it.

Update, October 24: Peacock support has replied and requested a screenshot showing active and inactive subscriptions after selecting Manage Your Subscriptions.

Xfinity now returns Access Denied after I select my current account. This happens when opening both the Subscription Hub (www.xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions) and the Manage streaming apps link (www.xfinity.com/digital?qcoflow=manage-em). The normal account page also returns the same error, so I cannot reach the requested subscription list. I sent the current error screenshot to Peacock.

Please review the included Diamond Peacock entitlement and restore a working activation path without additional charges. Please provide the next step and an official private channel for any account verification. I prefer a written response in Spanish. Thank you.

Peacock support replied today and directed me back to Xfinity to resolve this activation problem first.

I signed in to Xfinity Assistant with my current account and selected TV & Streaming support, but the transfer failed with “Unable to start a live chat session. Please try again later.” The Assistant could not connect me to an agent.

Could an official employee please review the claimed Diamond Peacock benefit, correct its account association or reprovision the entitlement if needed, and open a technical ticket with a reference number? I need the included benefit activated on my existing Peacock account at no additional cost. I can provide its email and account verification privately.

Please invite me to a verified Xfinity Support direct-message conversation or provide another written support channel. I prefer a written response in Spanish. Thank you.
