Diamond Membership
I have a new account with xfinity but was with xfinity before and it currently shows I am platinum level. I have 4 products subscribed and according to the chart I think I should be at Diamond level. Currently have internet, now tv, smart home and mobile. Can someone verify this and update my tier?

Hello @Chuckysays If it is not seeing an old account or something then that could be why. But we can take a look at things and worst case send a ticket to the membership team to update the tier. Please send us a direct message with your full name and service address to get started.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "Start New Conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
