Diamond Member--Can't get Peacock activated

Hello! I am a Diamond member. I have received emails from Xfinity saying that I have a Peacock Premium benefit. When I try to activate it, I get this response: Your account isn't eligible for this Peacock offer, or sorry, you're not eligible to redeem benefits. Calls to customer service have not worked. Help is needed! Thanks in advance!
