Diamond member perks. Can i still get movies for a dollar?

I'm a diamond member and was just directed to the redesigned members perks page through a Comcast email. The redesigned members perks page seems like a skeleton of what it used to be. What happened to picking any movie for a dollar? If it's still available, you're doing a wonderful job of hiding it. Advertising 6 worthless channels is not a member perk.

Hello, @1_grizz, and thank you for being a Diamond Member. Your loyalty is appreciated, and we hope you are enjoying the perks of this program. Are you able to open the Xfinity App, Navigate to the Xfinity membership hub by clicking Explore, and Next, click Explore and redeem? This will open within the app a web portal. Members will see an authenticated membership page. Members can then select the benefit they want among the tiles show in the app. 

 

I can also check your account to see if that free movie offer is available. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon

2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
