Diamond member free Peacock Premium not working

I am a diamond member and I've had free Peacock Premium until a few days ago when all the shows I watch became blocked. I tried activating Peacock through the xfinity website but I keep getting the following message "Sorry, we can’t activate your subscription. Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account." Please help me get it working again.

Thanks for replying. I've done this bunch of times and I get the following response. "Sorry, we can’t activate your subscription. Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account"
