Diamond Customer for 30+ years now retired requesting help to lower monthly bill

I have been a Diamond customer for over 30 years. I am retired and need to downgrade my speed to lower my monthly bill. I am looking for the new 5-year price guarantee options

I've been a DIAMOND CUSTOMER for going on 40 YEARS and have found that the DIAMOND CUSTOMER means nothing to them other than you keep paying your bill.  When I try to look for a DEAL by myself, I get a message to call their number because "MY ACCOUNT NEEDS SPECIAL TREATMENT" You will lower your speed, but they will raise your bill somewhere else under the guise of higher rates to them.  I've lower speed, changed, channel package, paid through bank account (to save &10/mo) and my bill has gone from under $200/mo. to $268/mo. over a couple years, for the same services.  Everytime I call, I spend a couple hours with an agent, only to be told the only way to lower my bill is to ADD their Mobile Phone service.  Good Luck !!  Enjoy your retirement.

I've been a DIAMOND CUSTOMER for alomst 40 years.  Mainly because there is NO competition.  My bill over the last couple of years has gone from less than $200/mo. to $268/mo.  Everytime I go on line to look for a DEAL myself, it won't let me.  Instead I get a message that says "my account needs SPECIAL attention" and call this number or chat with an agent.  I have spent hours with different agents and I always get the same answer.  I can lower my bill by ADDING their MOBILE Phone service. There are NO DEALS and being a DIAMOND CUSTOMER means nothing to them except it shows you have LOYALLY PAID your bill.  GOOD LUCK !! and enjoy your retirement.
