Hi there, @gbjamis I'm very sorry for the trouble you are having with your devices connecting to your Internet. Have you tried unplugging the modem for about 1 minute and plugging the modem back in?-Richard
It is not my devices. A unknown device that does not belong to me connects on occasion Samsung 10 something I think it is a phone. I only own an iPhone

Thank you, @gbjamis If a device you don't recognize is connected to your Wi-Fi, it's likely due to a weak or stolen password, or your router's configuration utility not being properly secured. To resolve this, change your Wi-Fi password to something strong and unique.-Richard
