Devices Say They Are Paused When They Are Not
both my phone and laptop suddenly won't connect to my network anymore, constantly saying they are "paused" and directing me to the Xfinity app. Problem is, the app says they are not paused and that they are connected and fine. I have tried resetting my modem, each device in question, and forgetting the networks and devices and reconnecting. Keeps happening. Right after you clowns raised my bill for internet only to $163 per month. I honestly do not know why I even bother continuing to get my internet from you guys.

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
