Devices drop signal

I have a couple cameras and printers that drop WiFi signal constantly.  I have to restart them and then they immediately pick the signal back up but it’s only for like 1 day then it’s dropped again.  Very frustrating.  Also live sporting events will occasionally buffer.  Have tried several times to get a live person via phone at customer service and the automated assistant just hangs up on me.  About to change services.

Hello user_chxa44 thanks so much for reaching out here on our Xfinity Forums and giving us a chance to assist! Is this the only equipment that is experiencing this issue, or others in the home as well? And are these items further away from the modem? Do they require a 2.4 GHZ Wi-Fi band to connect to?
