Device upgrade orders never delivered

Please cancel and refund for device orders that was never delivered by FrdEx. It’s almost 30 days and instead my account was charged for device upgrade

Simple device upgrade orders placed on 11-26/2025 for Iphone17 and FedEx never delivered. The tracking shows ready to deliver since 12/9/2025. Upon approaching Xfinity support on chat they re-ordered another device . However agent lied and in reality added a new line that I never asked. Please cancel all orders and refund the device upgrade and other charges back to my account
