Device says paused but is not in app
I cannot connect to my internet on any of my devices. I moved into my new apartment recently and had pre ordered the modem so it would be ready on the day of moving in. It did not work for anything besides my Fire Tv since move in, and that only lasted a week. Now all my devices say that they’re paused or that there’s no internet again.
They sent out a technician to see what the problem was and it seemed to work for a few minutes and then he left. That night i’m back to having the exact same issue on all my devices. I have a 75$ credit on my account and am close to just canceling my service.
