Device Return Confusion
I'm transferring my service from one state to another. I need to return the device I currently have. I initiated the request from the account number associated with my current address. However, it's showing that I'm returning 0 devices and the address on the prepaid label is my new address. I haven't even received the equipment for the new address yet so I'm hoping the shipping for that won't be messed up.
What do I do now? It seems as though something didn't go through properly.
