Device is malfunctioning

My Xfinity gateway modem is no longer working. All of my devices are constantly losing Internet signal and when they are on the WIFI it is very slow. I run the diagnostic daily and reset the modem daily and it doesn't help. What can I do to get a replacement modem?

user_1jg7n0 Are you seeing any service interruptions from the Xfinity app? You can always get a replacement modem from your local Xfinity store as that would be the fastest option.
