Deprovision

Deprovision
I need to deprovision my app, I already changed the password, but I need to log out someone who no longer should be accessing my stream.  Please help!

moved your post to the customer service area of the forum. while waiting for a CC employee, go to xfinity.com and sign in. go to account, and from there to 'users' to verify that the ones using your access haven't added other users that have their own username/password.
