Deplorable customer service/fraud.
Mr. Anderson,
I have recently cancelled my account with Xfinity for reasons I'm sure I don't need to make you aware of. Since my cancellation I have experienced customer support the likes of which I didn't think possible, even at xfinity. I am due a refund of $89.63 from xfinity, so unfortunately I still cannot fully shed myself of your company. I have recently been the intended victim of fraud by agents of xfinity and have attempted, unsuccessfully to file a fraud complaint with Xfinity. I have countless hours, thus far of useless phone conversations with incompetent support agents at Xfinity. I am furious, exhausted and disgusted and I am at my wits end. Since I am unable to reach any form of acceptable resolution to either the fraud attempt on my financial credentials, or to obtain a simple refund, I have no choice but to seek legal council and to provide this information to my State Attorney General, the BBB, the FCC and well, you get the idea. I intend to pursue legal resolution not only for my refund due, but for every second of time, frustration, aggravation and extreme distress caused me by your agents.
All this over $89.63, corporate greed, dishonesty and neglect.
I am extremely disgusted with the performance of your company.
Sincerely,
[REMOVED PERSONAL INFORMATION]

If you are still having issues after following all steps in the article we can certainly forward this on to our corporate team who handles the FCC complaints without you having to file one. If you'd like us to do that please send us a direct message with your full name and service address. Your personal info was removed from your post as it was posted publically.
