Deplorable Customer Service

Have spent no less that 6 hours and spoken to 10 people constantly having to repeat my billing issue. The customer service is absolutely horrific! Was hung up on by 2 managers. Nobody is empowered to do anything. Incompetent and not trained. Absolutely horrible!
