DEPLORABLE COMPANY
I was a Team manager in a call center so I’m well versed on how things should be done. Xfinity has unacceptable customer service - lying, making excuses, REFUSING to transfer me to a supervisor (“none are available”, yeah right), HANGING UP ON ME (and even telling me they are hanging up does NOT exempt this from being hung up on, don’t kid yourself). Having supervisors who won’t take calls, lie and make excuses is DEPLORABLE. Having a 12-2 tech appointment turn into a no show is inexcusable. One tech came but couldn’t fix the problem. He was supposed to escalate it but this part was NOT done. Then I had a senior tech come out who also couldn’t fix the problem. I’m still awaiting resolution on this after nearly 1.5 months!!!!!!!!!!! Insanity! If this isn’t resolved soon, and I mean very soon, then you will lose ANOTHER customer FOREVER. This company needs to be overhauled, starting at the top.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:
1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon
2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)
4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
