Deparate to talk to engineer!
How can I talk to an engineer or software tech? I've had 3 tech to my home in last few weeks trying to resolve internet and gateway outage issue and 10 minutes after last tech left today, I have no Internet and completely frozen X1... They change cables, taps and things in outside boxes but say probably due to "up the line somewhere" and engineer is only one to fix... Been weeks wo any proper service. Paying several hundred a month for this...Please tell me how to contact the right people... It sure isn't the home techs...

The concern is not "Channels And Programming" help related. Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

@user_9bftrm Thank you so much for your post on the issues you have been running into with your services. There is not a way to put you in contact with our engineers directly however you have reached the right team to help! We can work with our local team using processes to ensure reoccurring issues like yours get taken care of. When you have some time please send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you. To send a Direct Message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, and then type or select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a direct message. Here are the detailed steps to direct message us: • Click "Sign In" if necessary • Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon (upper right corner of this page) • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window • Press Enter to send your message
