Denver outage going on 5 days
Have been out of service for > 5 days. Xfinity just gives the chat text update option and literally blocks you from getting to a human if they detect an outage. Can anyone give any information??? How much longer is it going ti be out?! I wfh like so many others and need to know if I should buy a mobile hotspot to cover myself for this week. How can you give no estimate and no update for 5 whole days?! I wish you didn’t have a monopoly on my building, you’re all scammers.
