Demolition request

Hello, I am in need of a proof of disconnection from xfinity so that I can start a home construction project. Multiple request for this document have been ignored. it’s been a month now and my construction project cannot continue until I get this document. Please help with any info.

@user_a09442 - Hello! You've reached the right team for help! Sorry to learn you had left Xfinity. When disconnecting your account you do receive email confirmation. Can you double-check your email as well as the spam folder for your disconnection confirmation email? Your final bill may also be used as it states it is the final bill, and that we're sorry to see you go.

Hey, we never cancelled our service. Therefore we didn’t get a cancelled service confirmation. We had our internet service wires disconnected from the house so that we could begin construction. But before we start construction we need to show the city a letter of proof from comcast that states we disconnected our internet cables.

Are you asking to have a tech come out and disconnect your home from the infrastructure and then provide you a document saying we did this, or something different? I want to make sure I understand what you are looking for, so we can get you taken care of correctly.

a tech already came out and disconnected the cables. But I received no documentation to prove it. All I need is the document to show the city. Can you provide that?
