Deleting/Unlinking An Old, Inactive Account

I have an old, inactive address account that I need to delete/unlink but, when I go thru the proper channels to unlink it, I am unable to unlink it. My xfinity myaccount keeps listing two separate addresses, only one of which is correct. I haven't had xfinity services at my old address for 2+ years now & I would like to delete this inactive acct from my myaccount records. Please help!
