Deleted my phone number while transferring
I have been on the phone with customer service for over a total of 24h. We were trying to switch numbers between Xfinity accounts. My phone number was switch with out a problem but my wife's was a problem for some reason. Nobody could explain way except for amour system won't allow it. Of the 5 people I talk to they all "tried" different ways. But every time the call was disconnected and we were promised a call but but didn't get one. Finally the last representative said here number was cancelled. She has no phone service. And again we were disconnected. Nobody can help you. Xfinity incompetence will take you phone number. Buyer beware
