delete purchased movie

How do I delete purchased movies from my tv box? My kids bought an inappropriate movie that I would like to delete.

In addition to getting this corrected, consider setting up a Purchase Pin on each of your cable boxes/DVRs and in the Stream app and web portal to prevent this from happening in the future. See https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/parental-controls-non-x1 and/or https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-parental-controls-turn-puchase-protection-on-off and/or https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-manage-tv-settings-online.

Thank you for reaching out to us in the Forums and for posting your comment. I remember when my child accidently purchased a movie by mistake. You've come to the right place for help.

For starters, one thing you can do to prevent others from watching this particular program is to set up parental controls. From the TV box, this will prevent anyone in your household from seeing this movie with a parental control PIN. If you have online Parental Controls set, titles that are below your control setting won't show up in your Purchases folder online or in the Xfinity Stream app. To make blocked titles appear, you'll have to change your online Parental Controls settings. Once you change your settings, all titles will show in the Purchases section and be available for playback.

To prevent people in the home from purchasing shows/movies in the future, you will want to set up a Purchase PIN. This will prevent household members from making purchases or rentals. You can learn more about setting up instructions  for a purchase PIN on your X1 Tv Box at: https://comca.st/3qywlOK, and for Non X-1 boxes at: https://comca.st/3bxXPQo.

@XfinityDaryl

does not really answer the question about deletion, only indicates how to block future access
