Delayed utility work on existing apt community

I recently moved into an apartment complex in Parker, Colorado named “ranchstone apartment homes” and per the community manager, Xfinity was laying down new cable/utility lines so that the community would have Xfinity services by the start of spring 2024. We are now closer to fall- and still no work being done or completed. When can we expect Xfinity to proceed and/or complete work??

user_m2mvnj, Thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support. I know that this has to be frustrating. There is a lot that goes into a big job like this. There are permits and other utility work that have to be completed for certain things to be done. I would recommend you check with your apartment manager on the progress since they are the ones working with Xfinity.
