Delayed shipping was selected, but UPS says my router is shipping tomorrow

I had ordered internet + a router/modem from Xfinity this Sunday, and choose delayed shipping as I won't be moving in to my apartment for another week. However, I got an email this morning saying my order had shipped from Xfinity. Hoping that there were some instructions saying to delay it for UPS, I waited for UPS to actually receive the router and see if my estimated delivery date would change, but they have it now and are set on delivering it tomorrow. I cannot change the date with UPS without incurring a $10 fee.

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
