Delayed shipping date for installation kit

I'm a bit confused of the "delayed shipping" option for the installation kit.

  • Is that supposed to be the date when it arrives? So when it says "should arrive within 2 business days of your selected date", that means if I select April 25, it could arrive between April 23, to April 27? 
  • Or is that supposed to be the date when it's shipped? So when it says "should arrive within 2 business days of your selected date", that means if I select April 25, it is shipped on the 25th, and should arrive before April 27?

Thanks for letting us know how we can help and providing details regarding your shipping concerns. 

 

1). Within 2 business days of the selected date (4/25/23), the delivery date would be by 4/27/23 (Thursday). If there are any issues with the delivery schedule, you will be notified by email and provided with any additional tracking changes. 

 

Think about priority shipping arriving 2 business days after the selected date (unless you choose a weekend).

@XfinityRenee​ From the link I got in the order confirmation email, my shipping is showing "Standard Shipping 3-5 Business Days", not the date I picked. Could you help me verify my shipping date of the order?
